At FursatMe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Eligible Products for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You received the wrong product
• The product is damaged or defective
• The product has manufacturing defects
• You received an incomplete order (missing items)

❌ Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for:

• Customised or personalised products (with photos, names, designs)
• Products showing signs of use, wash, or wear
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
• Change of mind / dislike of product after delivery

🕒 Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
After 48 hours, we may not be able to process your request.

📝 How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@fursatme.com with:
   • Order ID
   • Clear photos/videos of the product and issue
   • Brief description of the issue
2. Our team will review and approve/reject the request based on policy.
3. If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or ask you to ship it back.

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

• Reverse pickup is available in selected pin codes.
• If reverse pickup is not possible, you may be asked to ship the item to our warehouse.
• In both cases, return must be completed within 5–7 days after approval.
• Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged/wrong.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll initiate your refund within:

• 5–7 business days (to original payment method)
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to your UPI/Bank account.

Note: Refund will be issued only after we receive and verify the returned item.

🔁 Replacement Policy

If stock is available, we offer free replacement for:

• Damaged products
• Wrong items
• Defective prints

If not, we will issue a full refund.

📢 Important Notes

• Products must be returned in original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.
• FursatMe reserves the right to deny refund/return if the product fails quality checks.
• Repeated return requests without valid reasons may lead to order cancellation or account flagging.
